Three things are more useful to us than anything else: a payout we can verify, a factual error we can correct, and a recomputation that disagrees with ours.

The form is handled by our host's form service. We use your address to reply and for nothing else. If you would rather stay anonymous, send the facts without them.
What is worth sending
- A payout: the transaction hash and the chain. We check it ourselves and publish what we find, including if we find nothing.
- A correction: which operator, which field, and what the right value is. A source we can open helps.
- A recomputation: the operator, the sub-scores you used and the total you got. The registry at /api/registry.json has everything you need to redo the arithmetic.
What we cannot do
- We cannot recover funds, contact an operator on your behalf, or resolve a dispute with one.
- We cannot list an operator in exchange for anything, or change a score on request. Scores are never for sale.
- We do not publish anyone's personal details, and we do not need yours beyond a way to reply.
